On the day of the event, a couple of hours before, we received a Whatsapp message saying that their original boat was broken, hence we should pay 80€ more for a private tour on another boat. I said that they could honor the price even if it was another boat, but they refused. When I mentioned that the situation was frustrating, they said that it was also frustrating for them having to pay for their boat repairs. Obviously, we had no time to make alternate arrangements and ended up with no tour at all. Not sure why Viator works with this company. Stay away.”
